Student Housing Information - Outside Asheville/Hendersonville Area

Most of the housing outside the immediate Asheville area is in private homes and is therefore very limited. As much advance notice as possible is best in order to assure housing availability.

For in-state students, we require a completed NC Community Primary Care Rotation From along with the Housing Agreement and application before your housing can be confirmed. (This should have been sent from your school.)

Once the housing is reserved, you will receive information and directions by email. Please read these carefully. All room reservations begin the Sunday night before the rotation starts, and continue until the Friday at the end of your rotation. Housing is provided free of charge to in-state, AHEC funded health sciences programs. Fees for all other in-state and out-of-state students are $350/month.
