Pardee Hendersonville Family Health Center
is a full-service healthcare clinic. We provide quality medical
care for you and your family, and our team takes pride in the personal care it provides.
HFHC is home to the MAHEC Family Medicine Residency Program in Hendersonville,
which is affiliated with the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Medicine.
By teaching resident physicians and participating in continuing education programs,
our physicians are continually learning the latest medical advancements and treatments.

Additionally, all of our physicians are affiliated with Pardee Hospital. This means that if you are in need of

Mission Hospital
MAHEC residents train at Mission Hospital, a part of the Mission Health System and the medical
center that serves as the tertiary referral center for the entire Western North Carolina region and parts of TN, SC, WVA, VA
and beyond.
This comprehensive health system brings together the capabilities of its two founding hospitals,
Mission and St. Joseph's. The private, not-for-profit hospital system is led by a board of community
leaders and guided by the values and missions of its member hospitals. Together, they are licensed
for 833 beds, including bassinets. The medical staff comprises approximately 600 physicians.
Mission Hospital has been a vigorous supporter of the MAHEC residency programs from the beginning.
In forming a partnership with MAHEC, the hospital had three primary goals: cost control, improved
access, and continuing excellence. MAHEC has been instrumental in achieving those goals. Together,
they offer a clinically active and collegial atmosphere for learning.

- Women's services, including family-centered birthing and high-risk obstetrics
- Adult medicine - (one nursing unit is designated for the MAHEC Family Practice Service)

- 24-hour emergency services with a designated trauma center
- Psychiatry, behavioral medicine and substance abuse services
- Complete inpatient and outpatient surgery services
- Urology
- Cardiology and cardiovascular surgery

- Designated intensive care units for heart, trauma, adult medicine, pediatrics and neonates
- Comprehensive diagnostic radiology
- Outpatient and ambulatory nursing services, including endoscopy, low vision, a sleep center,
rehabilitation services, continence care and a diabetes center
