The ADDICTION: Focus on Women Conference (AFOW) Planning Committee would like to partner with your organization to celebrate the 26th year of AFOW. This unique and essential conference highlights and disseminates information about gender specific treatment for addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Bringing together providers, educators, legislators, policy makers, advocates and people in recovery who help women with addiction is the long standing mission of the AFOW conference. Therefore, we all join together at the 2012 conference to learn ways SHE (Self-determination, Hope, Empowerment) supports recovery.

To support the ADDICTION: Focus on Women Conference and partner with MAHEC and SAMHSA you can choose one of the Sponsor Options below. Each sponsorship option includes recognition at the 2012 conference, in the conference materials and online, a 6 ft exhibitor table and a designated number of conference registration fee waivers if applicable. To display your organizational logo MAHEC must receive your information by February 9, 2012. Exhibitor option includes organization information listed in the AFOW conference program and a 6 ft display table.

$10,000 Corporate - Four conference registration fee waivers (Lodging not included)

$  5,000 Platinum - Two conference registration fee waivers (Lodging not included)

$  2,500 Gold - One conference registration fee waiver (Lodging not included)

$  1,500 Silver - No conference registration fee waiver included

$     400 Exhibitor - No conference registration fee waiver included

You can submit forms and payment online or by returning the form via fax or mail, by emailing Victoria.Morris@mahec.net or calling 828-257-4481. A 50 % deposit along with this form is needed to guarantee space.
