MAHEC Will Implement a Pay Up Front Registration Policy in 2013

Effective January 1, 2013, MAHEC will no longer offer post-billing for healthcare professionals to attend our CE programs. In other words, all registrants must pay “up front” in order to attend a MAHEC CE program. The only exceptions will be for pre-approved programs where an individual payment plan is appropriate. This means that we can no longer process registrations received without accompanying payment, or admit participants into programs who have not paid the course fee.

We appreciate and value the long standing collaboration that we have with our customers. We are making this necessary change to reflect the fact that we can no longer afford to devote the administrative time and costs in billing and collecting registration payments. These types of improvements will hopefully enable us to continue to be your continuing education provider of choice at the lowest cost to you, our customer.
