or you may choose to email a completed application as a Microsoft Word attachment to
humanresources@mahec.net
If you email the documents you will be asked to sign the application & background
consent forms if you are invited for an interview.
To download the Microsoft Word document to your personal computer,
click on the document name above with the right mouse button, choose Save Target As,
and save the file.
The PDF format will allow you to either complete the application on-screen and print or
print the blank document and complete by hand.
Please remember to sign and date the application & background consent form.
