Consultation and Technical Assistance
To help grant writers and those involved in community health assessments
and initiatives find health data, we have developed the
Community Health Assessment Database (CHAD),
a web site that provides convenient "one-stop shopping" access to published
health assessment data and information about counties in Western North
Carolina. Designed to let you develop your own searches for specific
information, the site also offers community health profiles summarizing key
health indicators for each WNC county.
